The merit award programme is designed to help and encourage all members to improve their archery skills by setting benchmarks for achievement. Participants need to submit two score sheets within a calendar month, both at or above the qualifying standard for the required award. Scores should be recorded by a fellow archer and the score sheet handed to the Records Officer or Secretary. Certificates of Achievement will be awarded.
Shooting will be 36 consecutive arrows at 60cm targets at 20yds for Seniors and 15yds for Juniors. These are the threshold scores for the Merit Awards.
